Keith Smith Construction, LLC (KSC) respects requests to delete or remove personal information that KSC controls.
How to request deletion
To request deletion, correction, or removal of personal information that KSC stores in its website, customer, scheduling, communications, marketing, or business systems, email info@keithsmithconstruction.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
Please include:
Your name
The email address or phone number you used with KSC
A brief description of the information you want deleted or removed
Any project, inquiry, or communication details that help us find the record
What KSC can delete
KSC can review and remove personal information that it controls, subject to legal, accounting, contractual, warranty, safety, dispute-resolution, and business-record retention requirements. Examples may include contact-form submissions, newsletter records, scheduling information, inquiry details, marketing lists, or locally stored social-content inventory records.
Meta, Facebook, and Instagram data
KSC's internal Meta app is used only for KSC business operations involving KSC-owned or KSC-administered Facebook and Instagram content. If your request concerns a Facebook, Instagram, or Meta account, profile, login, or other account data controlled by Meta, you must manage that data through Meta's Facebook, Instagram, or Meta account settings and support tools. KSC cannot delete data that Meta controls, but KSC can remove data it stores locally or in its own business systems when legally and operationally permitted.
Response timing
We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity or ask for more information before making changes.
